How to Get Started Making Video Games

One of the objectives Stigma set out to accomplish with Elemental Lords was to prove how accessible games can be. That doesn't just apply to gameplay, either! Making your own games isn't as difficult as some people might have you believe. There are tons of single-person development studios out there, and with the tools that are now available, you can start your career in indie game development sooner than you think!

The first part just covers the basics, but in Part 2, I go step-by-step and lay out the creative process Stigma followed when making Elemental Lords. If it's something you're interested in, check them out. And if you have any insights or advice to add, we'd love to hear that, too!
